The Home Ventilation Centre has over 38 years experience in dealing with dampness in homes, working directly for home owners, councils, housing associations and fan manufacturers - fitting and maintaining all types of ventilation units from single fans to whole house heat recovery units. We are based on the outskirts of London and cover all of London and the Home Counties.

Working with fan manufacturers

The experience we have gained in dealing with thousands of properties allows us to provide cures tailored to each property.

Having established close links with fan manufacturers, we have assisted with the development of new products. Being independent helps us to source the best equipment available, combined with an excellent installation service.

Mould cleaning and painting service

We have a 100% success rate with our new mould cleaning and painting service. We use a domestic mould cleaning product suitable for use in homes, combined with an anti- mould paint which uses glass ball technology.

Heat Recovery and MEV units

New properties are having to comply with strict air tightness regulations, which make the effective running of Heat Recovery and MEV units essential. We have many years experience of undertaking the installation and servicing of these units to provide adequate ventilation in properties. Filters need to cleaned / replaced on a regular basis. With our extensive knowledge of the major manufacturer’s products, we are now undertaking numerous servicing contracts and we are often asked to commission these units.

Our experience allows us to offer our clients a very cost effective, professional service, whether it be fitting a single fan or installing a full Home Heat Recovery Unit.

Servicing

All fans require servicing to keep them working at their optimum effectiveness; this is especially true of units with filters such as Heat Recovery Units. We have a wealth of experience in dealing with servicing and recommissioning units.
